Carolin Grampp is a passionate educator with a background in psychology and business. She has been facilitating post-, undergraduate and executive modules for more than 15 years at University College Dublin. Carolin is interested in the well-being of individuals and organisations and is using her training in Mindfulness based interventions not just in the university setting but also offers Mindful Self compassion and Positive Neuroplasticity courses to the general public.
