Derval Dunford

Derval Dunford, Pioneer of Mindfulness, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra in Ireland. Using research-based practices and endorsed by Medical and Complimentary Health professionals internationally, Derval has helped over 30,500 people since 2006.

She has worked with HSE staff teaching mindfulness and relaxation since 2010. Having recently qualified in Breath Mastery under the guidance of Tony Robbin’s personal breath coach, Mr. Dan Brulee. Derval is passionate about breathwork. She presented alongside world renowned experts at the inaugural Breath Fest in Mexico Feb 2020.
