Dolphins Barn Library situated on Parnell Road, Dublin 8, is one of the Dublin City Libraries. Dolphin's Barn library has something for everyone with junior, teen, and adult collections and spaces. Our wonderful events are free for the public.

The Dublin City Council's mission is to "provide quality services for its citizens and visitors and act to protect and promote Dublin's distinct identity in a way that acknowledges our past and secures our future."
