Esther Moser
The aim of 'Wild Atlantic Women - Leadership from Within' is to provide training, workshops and individual therapeutic coaching sessions for women, who want to explore their core, their true nature and strengthen the courage to live more authentic lives.
My curiosity about the body-mind-spirit connection, including the challenges and opportunities it holds, has fueled my passion to attend many, many workshops, retreats, vision quests and training for the last 40 years, always searching for ways to provide transformative guidance and effective tools everybody can learn, to dramatically improve their life quality and become successful CEOs of their life. As a side-effect, I became spiritually multi-lingual .... not perfect, but familiar with the language spirit used in various forms.
I have been a full-time therapeutic coach and yoga teacher in my private practice for over 20 years; Certifications in Biodynamic Body-Psychotherapy & Massage with Gerda, Ebba & MoaLisa Boyesen, NLP Master Practitioner incl. Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis with Micheal Colhoun, Hypnobirthing with Marie Mongan, EFT Tapping with Gary Craig and EFT Tapping Out of Trauma with Craig Wainer; Basic yoga training in Kundalini Yoga, added various styles of yoga, including 2 training about trauma-informed yoga, with many teachers.
I live, breathe, laugh and cry in the beautiful West of Ireland, where a part of my daily spiritual practice are conscious walking with my dog, Bosco. Step by step, breath by breath. Nature is my temple. I'm also a lover of lake dipping, summer and winter. Keeps the mind humble and fresh.
My offerings are
- EFT Tapping workshops of emotional resilience and self-regulation, including Parts Integration, Polyvagal theory, and the latest neuroscientific research.
- Yoga for Big Girls - a two-hour workshop, not to lose weight but feelings of shame, hurt and not-good-enoughness
- 1-o-1 Therapeutic Coaching sessions, in person and via Zoom.
