I’m Fabien — a father of three boys, a husband, and a coach who’s spent the last decade helping parents, professionals, and leaders break free from old patterns and create more calm, connection, and capacity in their lives.

But before all of that, I was the overwhelmed parent napping at my kids, checked out at home, and stuck in the same cycles I swore I’d never repeat. I grew up in a toxic, dysfunctional dynamic, and without even realising it, I was carrying that into my marriage and parenting. The guilt was crushing.
