Fiona Porter

I am Fiona, and I am passionate about developing others having worked in learning and development for the last 25 years, predominantly in Leadership training, coaching, and mentoring. I am a qualified coach and mentor (PGCert, ACC) and have been a mentor for over 12 years.

I consult with organisations on their mentoring programmes to help them get the best results. This may involve helping them set up and deliver a successful mentoring scheme or to support them on one that is on-going or has lapsed. I train and supervise mentors and can provide an accreditation through ILM for mentoring programmes.
