Helen O’Neill

Helen is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness from Bangor University in Wales. Helen is a member of the Irish Network of Mindfulness Teachers in Ireland, and adheres to their Good Practice Guidelines for mindfulness teachers.
