We are a community-based counselling service providing a wide range of psychotherapeutic services to people living in Mayo, Roscommon, South Sligo and North Galway.

Knock Counselling Centre is a Registered Charity (RCN 20206808) and is funded by Knock Shrine (Registered Charity) , TUSLA the Child and Family Agency and client fees.
