Kristen Anderson
Kristen Anderson is a performance coach, educator, and endurance athlete whose work explores how nervous system regulation supports strength, resilience, and high performance.
She is the Mental Strength Ambassador for the RBC GranFondo, North America’s largest Gran Fondo cycling event, where she develops mental performance resources for riders preparing for the iconic Ride to Whistler. Kristen also serves as a Board Director with Cycling British Columbia, supporting the advancement of healthy sport.
Through her Body Intelligence approach, Kristen leads workshops and coaching experiences that integrate neuroscience, sport psychology, mindfulness, and movement to help athletes and active individuals perform with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
A Boston Marathoner and lifelong athlete, she brings both lived experience and evidence-based insight to her work.
