KT Confidence Coaching

I’m Karina Taoughlist, the owner of KT Confidence Coaching. I’m an adult and teenager confidence coach. I hold a diploma in Life and Executive Coaching as well as a QQI Level 6 in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics. I have vast experience working with children and teenagers within different positions and projects.

Originally from France, I came to Ireland in September 2010 as a French Teaching Assistant while studying for my masters in English Studies. It's in Cork that I decided to settled down in 2011. A decision I never regretted.

Becoming a coach was my call and has been a tremendous step in my life. It is not my job but my passion. My greatest reward is to see you achieve what you thought was impossible.
