Dr Liesl Keen is a globally experienced Organisational Psychologist and leadership consultant who helps organisations navigate complexity by building human-centred, future-ready cultures. With 20+ years of experience across sectors and regions, she equips leaders to manage uncertainty, emotional fatigue, and change resistance using applied neuroscience, behavioural science, and coaching psychology.

Liesl works at the intersection of leadership development, wellbeing, and organisational transformation, bridging science and practice to solve critical issues such as burnout, disengagement, low trust, and ineffective leadership.
