I am passionate about the benefits of this course. Initially I did a Diploma on 'Mindfulness & Positive Psychology' in the 'Mindfulness Academy' in Dublin. I have been interested in mindfulness with over 20 years. To say it has completely changed my life would be an understatement. I am much stronger within myself, much more comfortable and confident in my own skin.
I was someone who suffered with anxiety and self doubt. I listened way too much to my inner critic and this really held me back. I remember doing courses and not going for jobs afterwards for fear of not being able to do a good job.
I will be covering so many topics in this course, with lots of advice on what to do when you are not feeling so positive and mindful. Afterall Mindfulness is not a linear path, we all have days that it comes more natural and days we need to work harder at it Lx
