Matt has been practising meditation and Kum Nye (Tibetan yoga) since 1998 when he first landed at Dzogchen Beara Meditation Retreat Centre overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in south-west Ireland.

Kum Nye consists of simple breathing & movement exercises – suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels – that calm the mind and relieve tension in the body. For newer people Kum Nye a gateway to meditation - you can do it! - for others a path to deepen their practice.
