I am a yoga and meditation teacher and a behaviour support practitioner dedicated to helping you improve your mental health and well-being. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and years of experience in mental health and disability fields, I specialise in emotional regulation and mindfulness strategies. My goal is to help you connect your mind and body through movement and breath, creating a deeper sense of calm and self-awareness. I am committed to offering high-quality yoga classes that leave you feeling more balanced, centered and connected with yourself.
