I’m a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to helping people move, breathe, and feel better in their bodies. My classes blend Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, followed by guided meditation to promote deep relaxation.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner. That’s why I hold these community yoga classes at the end of each month as my way of giving back. It’s an opportunity for anyone to experience the benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive space.
