I believe that by eating nourishing plant foods your health, mood and self-esteem shoot through the roof! The key is to have fun instead of deprivation or counting calories.

I help people wean off sugar, oil and other processed foods slowly, step by step or by a storm. I make it fit to their lifestyle so it’s a joy, not a struggle. We address issues like weight loss, detox, inflammation, low energy, sleep, cravings, emotional eating and more.

I offer one to one sessions, nutritional packages and talks about benefits of a plant-based diet.
