QMT Mindfulness Training

 

My name is Aneta Baraniak and I am the founder of QMT Mindfulness Training.

I help people to be more aware of themselves, their reactions and the actions they made. I teach them to be more aware of others and living environment around them.

I am the Mindfulness and Compassion Instructor and I provide courses for individuals and organizations. I am grateful to be part of this global mindfulness movement which involves each area of our life.

Through the Mindfulness training, I participate in people transformation to cultivate intention, authenticity, and wisdom.

For Individuals I run:
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Mindfulness Based Compassion Living (MBCL)

For Organisations:
- Mindfulness Workplace Training can involve:
Building Resilience, Mindful Leadership, Mindful Communication
