Former award winning hair and make up artist SharonD has a wealth of knowledge she learnt from the hundreds of clients she had in her make up chair. From brides on their big day to business women and model's Sharon realised everyone no matter shape, size or looks under performed if they didn't have self love.

This started Sharon on a mission to help people live their best life. A journey that lead to her being the first ever Miss Curves Ireland, starting up Irelands Got Curves and becoming a best selling co-author.

Sharon is a regular guest speaker across a variety of events as well as presenting a weekly radio slot on 88.4fm and a weekly online show called On The Plusside.

Sharon felt she never fitted in until she realised she was born to stand out and it is her purpose in life to help others learn selflove.
