Team Nun Run!

A fun side to a serious issue. The incidence of suicide in Kilkenny City and county has escalated in recent times. Every family in Kilkenny has been affected if not directly, maybe indirectly and the impact it has on the community is devastating. However, there is hope available and people like the Samaritans, Pieta house and St. Vincent de Paul do wonderful work with people who are at risk from self harm, suicide or depression. In a bid to help these organisations do their job without constantly worrying about revenue, a unique event is being held in the rose Garden in the Castle park on Saturday, December 7th.
