The Coaching Duo - Sile Walsh & Thomas McCormack

Sile Walsh and Thomas McCormack are experienced and qualified coaches and are now a newly formed coaching duo based in Dublin!

Sile's formal education includes the HDip in Coaching Psychology and MSc in personal and Management coaching from University College Cork. Alongside additional qualifications in Leadership, Participatory Management and Professional Supervision.

Thomas McCormack education B.A in Humanities (Human Development, Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy), DCU, Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching, Advanced Cert in Career and Advanced Cert in Relationship Coaching.

Memberships include Membership with the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Coaching. Coaching and organisational member of Psychological Society of Ireland and a psychometric tester with the British Psychological Society.

Thomas specialises in supporting individuals and teams in organisations in moving forward with clarity and effectiveness; with confidence and improved working relationships.

Thomas is experienced working within the areas of organisational development, leadership, culture, training and facilitation, people performance and employee engagement. Thomas has been working with individuals one to one and teams around confidence, leadership, people management, stress, decision making, wellbeing and performance and interpersonal skills for authentic and meaningful relationships. Thomas also has 12 years experience working within the event management and hospitality sector.

Sile specialises in supporting individuals, teams and organisations in moving forward with clarity and effectiveness; through developing capacity and working with multiple perspectives using participatory, emergent and integrative approaches. Sile is committed to supporting co-developed solutions that are sustainable and sector appropriate.

Sile is experienced working within the areas of organisational development, leadership, culture, organisational strategy, training and facilitation, people performance and employee engagement. Sile has been working with organisations and thought leaders since 2008 across a number of sectors nationally and internationally with clients in the USA, UK and Europe

Sile is passionate about designing, training, supervising and facilitating programs for charities and private organisation that wish to support the well-being and performance of their people using coaching psychology interventions. When appropriate Sile uses participatory action research approach and peer support approaches. Sile completed her MSc thesis in "Understanding The Barriers and Facilitators to Systemic Psychodynamic Coaching in Organisational Development" with a nod to Dialogical Organisational Development. Sile assists individuals in addressing areas in which they wish to improve their experience and performance including stress management, relationship development, self-care, conflict resolution, anxiety management and professional development.

Thomas is passionate about coaching, training and facilitating people and teams to empower them to support the well-being and performance of their people using coaching psychology approaches and improving on staff engagement. Thomas assists individuals in addressing areas in which they wish to improve their experience and performance including stress management, confidence, self worth, relationship development, self-care, family dysfunction and personal and professional development.
