The Dialogue Code

 The Dialogue Code  creates experiential events. We work with organisations and groups that are on the threshold of change, curious about new ways to work or with a challenge. Our Code is a proven process for inclusive, meaningful discussion leading to collective clarity for decision making. Our Truth Lab is a container for your shared quest. We are a non-profit social enterprise founded in 2015. Over 1,000 people and 150 organisations  have joined in developing the concept. Together, we have co-created the process with leading change agents. Pilots have been engaged with PepsiCo, Global Council of Health Leaders, Microsoft, and UCC.

When we see a group becoming cohesive, in a genuine sense, moving from the I to the we - that’s success. We are inspired when at the end of the workshops when people are energised and inspired, with a sense of clarity and confidence.
