The Gentle Forge
The Gentle Forge: Forge Discipline. Cultivate Peace.
Welcome to The Gentle Forge, the space where clinical psychology meets high-performance living.
Who Am I?
I am an ENTJ and an AuDHD individual—a unique blend that fuels my mission. By day, I leverage my analytical skills as an Accuracy Manager to master complex systems; by night, I am a passionate graduate student at Mercer University's Clinical Mental Health Counselor Program.
My background isn't just theory; it's lived experience. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology and have spent years figuring out how to balance immense professional discipline with the high cognitive load of motherhood, education, and neurodivergence. I know what it’s like to crave efficiency while battling procrastination, decision fatigue, and burnout.
My personal affirmation is: "I am disciplined, capable, and worthy of all the good I desire. I empower myself and others to create fulfilling and joyful lives."
What We Forge Together
~ The Gentle Forge is founded on the philosophy that sustainable discipline must be built with both logic and kindness. We don't chase productivity; we design systems that make it inevitable.
~ In my workshops, we use evidence-based psychological concepts—like Activation Energy, the Zeigarnik Effect, and Cognitive Load Theory—to build practical tools for immediate relief:
~ Reducing Mental Clutter: We externalize information (like the House Binder Blueprint) so your brain can focus on processing, not storage.
~ Automating Routines: We use systems like Habit Stacking to create self-running processes that reduce daily decision fatigue.
~ Fighting Burnout: We learn to use self-compassion as a triage tool to keep us within our "Window of Tolerance."
This is for the person who is already driven but needs a smarter, less stressful way to manage their internal and external world.
~ Join a workshop and let's turn your drive into sustainable, peaceful efficiency. ~
