Tomas Dvorsky

Tomas is a health therapist and coach working in his private practice with a wide range of treatments and therapies. Since he has been active in sports all his life and also has been practising mindfulness from childhood, he has gained a considerable amount of experience how the mind and body works.

During his studies which he started 6 years ago he had an opportunity to gain plenty of work experience such as assistant to Physio in Beaumont or assistant to Physio for UCFL Rep Team Dublin.

He is also regularly attending relevant courses and workshops for developing knowledge even more in the area of health and well-being.

Currently he is studying a degree in Physical Therapy to expand in deeper sense how to treat body and mind effectively with the right procedures. As a part of the studies, outside of his own practice, he also practices in Priory Clinic Stillorgan where he works with a variaty of cases.

Tomas runs Life Transformation Programmes for businesses but also for the public that give them life-changing experiences. Balancing of all life’s aspects bringing together amazing results in all areas of living.
