Kevin Empey has specialised in organization development, leadership development and people strategy for over 25 years. Author of Thrive in the Future of Work, and co-author of Agile People principles, he is Founder and Managing Director of WorkMatters which supports organizations with their Future of Work strategies, change management and enablement programmes. A leading expert on the Future of Work, Kevin was also a member of the Labour Market Council in Ireland and was the founder of Worklink, an internationally recognised coaching and mentoring organization set up to help unemployed job seekers into full-time employment. Kevin has won several national and international awards for his work in the areas of Future of Work research, employment policy and social entrepreneurship.
