Note: If you're using PayPal as your payment processor, payments from your attendees are sent directly to PayPal. Contact PayPal’s support team if you have any issues receiving your payout.

Eventbrite’s payout timeline

The following schedule is for all events that use Eventbrite payment processing, which is the default payment processor.

Default payout schedule

Eventbrite sends your final event payout three days after your event ends. If your event has recurring instances, Eventbrite sends the payout for each instance separately.

If the payout day falls on a weekend or holiday, your payout will be sent on the next business day.

Early payouts

You can set up a custom payout schedule if you want to receive funds before your event.

Your final payout will still be sent three days after your event ends. The final payout will include the amount withheld by Eventbrite and any ticket sales since your previous payout.

Your bank’s processing time

After Eventbrite sends your payout, your bank must accept the payout and deposit it into your account. The time this takes varies depending on where your bank is located.

US accounts

If your bank is located in the U.S., it can take up to 3-5 business days for you to receive your payout once it’s sent. In total, your final event payout should arrive within 6-8 business days after your event ends.

A check payout (U.S. only) is subject to standard mail delivery times and can take up to 10 business days to arrive after its sent.

Accounts outside the US

It can take up to 5-7 business days for your payouts to arrive in your account after it’s sent. This means that, in total, your final event payout should arrive within 8-10 business days after your event ends.

Problems with your payout

If your payout has not yet arrived and it’s after the expected timeframe, review the reasons why your payout might be delayed or missing.
