View and export detailed payout reports
View a list of current and past payouts for events that used Eventbrite Payment Processing. To get started, go to “Manage my events”, click “Finance”, and select “Payouts”. Then, click on a payout to export a detailed breakdown including sales, refunds, charges, and credits.

1. Go to Manage my Events.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and select Manage my events from your account menu.
2. Go to your Finance workspace.
From the left navigation menu, select the Finance icon.
3. Click “Payouts”.
4. View a list of your payouts.
You can filter your payouts by:
Event name
Payout status
Payout date
Event date
Date range
The date shown is when Eventbrite began processing your payout. Payouts are sent to your bank 3 business days after an event ends, which gives you time to issue refunds. It usually takes your bank an additional 5-7 business days to deposit the funds into your account.
5. View details of a specific payout.
Click on the event name to view:
Currency
Payout ID (This number is also included on your bank statement)
Sent date
Expected arrival date
Total Ticketing Fees
Account charges and credits (e.g. Organizer Fees, Backup funding, Refunds issued after invoice, etc)
Payout amount
6. Export an itemized payout report.
Choose a file type next to “Export itemization” to see a breakdown of your payout. After it’s finished downloading, open the file. Here you’ll see a detailed list of all completed orders.
7. Optional: Export all payouts.
Click “CSV” next to Export all payouts. After it’s finished downloading, open the CSV. Here you’ll see a list of all payouts that includes:
Event name
Any charges or credits on a payout
Payout ID — This number is also included on your bank statement.
Payout amount — This number matches the payout amount you see in your bank account.
