Create and manage a subscriber list

You can manage subscriber lists for email campaigns. To get started, select “Campaigns” (at the top of the page). Then click “Lists” and choose "New List".

<h2 id="01">1. Go to Manage my Events.</h2> <p>Log in to your Eventbrite account and select <a href="" target="_blank">Manage my events</a> from your account menu.</p> <h2 id="02">2. Go to your Marketing workspace.</h2> <p>From the left navigation menu, select the Marketing icon.</p> <h2 id="03">3. Click “Email campaigns”.</h2> <h2 id="04">4. Click “Subscriber lists”.</h2> <h2 id="05">5. Click “New list”.</h2> <h2 id="06">6. Name your list. Then, click &quot;Continue&quot;.</h2> <h2 id="07">7. Click “Manage Subscribers”.</h2> <h2 id="08">8. Add email addresses and names to your subscriber list.</h2> <p>There are 4 ways to add recipients to your subscriber list:</p> <ul><li><b>Import attendees from past events </b>— Select each event you want to add to your subscriber list. Attendees will only be added once (even if they&#39;re listed among multiple events).</li><li><b>Upload CSV</b> — Click “Upload CSV” and choose your CSV file.</li><li><b>Manually Add Subscriber</b> — Type in the email address, first name, and last name. Then click “Add Subscriber”. Repeat as needed.</li></ul> <p>When you upload a CSV file, make sure that only email addresses are in column A, first names are in column B, and last names are in column C. You can also export your subscriber list by clicking &quot;Download CSV&quot; (under &quot;Export subscribers&quot;).</p> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2"><b>TIP:</b> If you created a contact list with Eventbrite’s classic invitations feature, you can also import any contact lists you made as well.</p> <h2 id="09">9. Optional: Edit your subscriber list.</h2> <p>To delete a subscriber, click the three-dot icon next to their name. Then click &quot;Delete&quot;. You can&#39;t update an existing subscriber&#39;s information, but you can delete and re-add them.</p> <h2 id="10">10. Optional: Review auto-generated lists.</h2> The following subscriber lists are created automatically. <ul><li>All Subscribers — All recipients across your subscriber lists.</li><li>Unsubscribed Users — When recipients unsubscribe from your email campaigns, they&#39;re added to the &quot;Unsubscribed Users&quot; list.</li><li>Purchasers — When attendees &quot;opt-in&quot; to promotions during checkout, they&#39;re added to the “Purchasers” list.</li></ul>
