Bank of Ireland, Talent Jam, and the WNC Kauffman Entrepreneur In Residence Program

About Talent Jam:

Started by the Kauffman Foundation’s Entrepreneur-In-Residence program in Asheville NC, Talent Jam is now an international event designed to connect talented individuals with top quality businesses who are in search of people with the skills and talents they need. Companies looking for talent and people that have talent each deliver alternating 60 second pitches. You can register to pitch yourself and your skills, or pitch your company. Pitches are followed by a casual (and really fun) reception, drinks, and networking.

About Bank of Ireland:

Bank of Ireland is helping Cork startups and businesses thrive by providing spaces like Workbench and through events like Talent Jam.

Bank of Ireland’s award-winning Workbenches offer innovative, free of charge spaces dedicated for co-working, seminars, clinics and events to encourage innovation and new ideas. The newly opened Workbench Cork, on 70 Patrick Street, compliments existing locations in Dublin and Galway. A further Workbench will open later this year in Limerick. Bank of Ireland’s Workbench start-up space has been international recognised (EFMA Accenture distribution & marketing innovation awards). In 2015, Workbenches hosted more than 360 events and welcomed more than 13,000 visitors.

Bank of Ireland is delighted to welcome Talent Jam to Ireland. The inaugural Irish event, which will run in the Cork workbench is a fantastic opportunity to connect businesses looking for talent with the rich pool of professionals in the region looking for work.  “Talent Jam is one of many events that Bank of Ireland run or support in the Cork region and it offers a unique and exciting way to support local businesses and talent” says Ita O’Sullivan – Startup Community Manager, Bank of Ireland.

About the WNC Kauffman Entrepreneur In Residence Program:
