Dave Hedges is the owner and Head Coach for Wild Geese Fitnes Training and cofounder of Wild Geese Martial Arts.
At Wild Geese we take a stripped own, fluff free approach to training, where depth is more important than bredth.
For our physical training we look to various sources so we can constantly update our understanding. Our primary tools for developing fitness are Kettlebells, Bodyweight and of course the Barbell.Dave has spent many years training with and researching these methods, including time spent competing in Kettlebell Sports.HE now trains a variety of athletes from BJJ champions, National Level Kettlebell Sports athletes, GAA players and whole lot more.
