Improvisation in the Park

Movement and art is how I express myself. Dance has been with me since I can remember. I choergraphed performances and taught funky jazz to children. When I discovered improvised dance, it chaged my world. I found a new freedom in dancing.My main practice, is contact improvisation. Contact improvisation is difficult to put into words. It is the coming together of many bodies to create a playground of somatic learning. I find, that I discover so much about my own dance by touching, rolling, playing with other dancers.
