Finding a Voiceis a festival of unforgettable music by remarkable women. Located in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary,Finding a Voicepresents concerts of music by women composers through the ages and around the world and features performances from leading Irish and international musicians, in celebration of International Women’s Day, 8th March.AboutFounded in 2017 by sisters Róisín Maher (Artistic Director ofFinding a Voiceand Lecturer at MTU Cork School of Music) and Cliona Maher (Artistic Director of Clonmel Junction Arts Festival), over the past five years the concert series has featured music by more than one hundred women composers, from Hildegard of Bingen to newly commissioned works, and performances from leading Irish and international musicians.
