Barretstown offers free medically endorsed therapeutic camps and programs that are designed for children and their families living with cancer and other serious illnesses– all supported behind the scenes by 24 hour on site medical and nursing care.

Join us for a Magical Christmas at Barretstown's Winter Wonderland!Get into the festive spirit with a day full of Christmas magic at Barretstown, kindly sponsored by Applegreen. Stroll through our Christmas market stalls, enjoy festive music, and try your hand at fun family games. Cap off the day with a visit to Santa in his magical Christmas Grotto!Santa’s Grotto:Santa's Elves will guide you through our grotto, where you and your family will be introduced to the man with the big red suit and fluffy beard...Santa! Bring your letters to Santa with you or write them on the day at Barretstown.There are three separate slots available for visiting Santa on both Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December - 10.30am, 12.45pm &amp; 3pm. Booking is essential for visiting Santa, limited tickets available. Once tickets are sold out for Santa there will be none available on the day.Your visit to Santa's Grotto:<ul><li>Elves will keep everyone entertained with a variety of activities, as you wait to see Santa.</li></ul><ul><li>Each Family will visit Santa and get a photo opportunity with him.</li><li>Children will be able to write their letters and Santa will take those letters back with him to the North Pole.</li></ul>Please note: Only Santa's Grotto requires a ticket. All other parts of Barretown's Winter Wonderland are free to access.
