Join us at the National Library of Ireland (7 Kildare Street) on Culture Night and enjoy all that the exhibition Yeats: the life and works of William Butler Yeats has to offer. Listen to recordings of some of his best loved poems as you enter the exhibition and discover the man and his many interests – folklore, politics, the occult, literature, Ireland –and his influence on Irish cultural identity. The exhibition draws on the NLI’s Yeats collection which was donated to the library by the Yeats family over many years.Due to the public health guidelines, the visit will be of 30 minutes duration and to make the most of your visit we have selected highlights which are numbered as you go around the exhibition. We are delighted to offer Culture Night visitors to the Yeats exhibition a complementary tea or coffee and cake from the Library’s restaurant, Café Joly.•Social distancing measures will be implemented for the duration of your visit.•Please wear a face mask.•Hand sanitizer stations are available for visitors and staff.
