The Wellness Day Fernhill is a vibrant day designed to foster a sense of community and celebrate a healthy lifestyle in the stunning backdrop of Fernhill Park. Located against the Dublin Bay and Ticknock, the park provides a picturesque setting for this family-friendly event, scheduled on a Sunday in May 25th from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. <ul><li>Wellness Tent: Yoga, sound bath, Mindfulness and breathwork, dancing</li><li>Kids Zone: GAA, forest school</li><li>Forest Bathing</li><li>Natural Movement</li><li>UBX</li><li>Rebound workout</li><li>Local electro artist </li><li>Bring your own picnic</li></ul>Entry is donation based. All the funds are going for organising this day for you!
