How do I get to Bré Reiki?

Bré Reiki is located in the Egan Business Center on Upper Dargle Road. Use "Door A" entrance (to the left of Elite Bathrooms), go up the stairs and immediately turn right.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Cozy wool yin yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows and lavender silk eye pillows are provided. Please feel free to bring anything for your comfort.

Who should not attend a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

While sound baths are generally safe for everyone, there are some conditions which are not recommended including 1st and 3rd trimester pregnancy, and if you have medical implants such as a pacemaker, metals plates or other implants.
