Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, rest assured you do not need any prior experience with energy healing or meditation. Plus my yoga classes are suitable for all levels.

What should I bring or wear?

Please bring the following: Yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen, comfy clothes, water bottle and swim gear.
