This special event brings together some of our finest harpers and collaborators for an evening of musical depth, cultural resonance, and artistic connection.Experience the evocative poem Bunting’s Honey, a collaboration between award-winning harper Aisling Lyons and acclaimed poet Moya Cannon, blending music and poetry inspired by the legacy of Edward Bunting’s 18th-century harp collections.They are joined by a stellar lineup of renowned harpers: Michael Rooney, Gráinne Hambly, Aisling Lyons, Gráinne Meyer, and Cormac de Barra – each showcasing their individual style.Rounding out the programme are the much-loved duo Zoë Conway and John McIntyre, known for their dynamic fusion of traditional fiddle, voice, and guitar.Connecting Harps offers a rich tapestry of sound, tradition, and creative dialogue – celebrating the harp not only as an instrument, but as a living symbol of creative connection.
