Fabby Mizzoni guides us through a Slow Vinyasa Flow in support of Women's Aid

Fabby of Fabby Mizzoni Yoga will lead a heart opening class, focusing on tuning into and melting any tension that might be present in the neck, upper back, and heart space. Suitable for all levels. Please bring something to sit on (yoga block or book) and a strap (or resistance band, or dressing gown belt)Fabby has been teaching Yoga for the last five years. Trained in a multitude of styles, and mentored in Iyengar yoga, Fabby’s classes are trauma informed and encourage radical self acceptance and mental well-being.

This class is a mixed level class, open to all.Note: The Zoom details will be emailed to you 15mins before the class begins.All donations go to Women's Aid.
