Back to the Future: How an International Law firm has changed over the past century and is preparing for the next 100 years

<h1>NUIG Alumni from <strong>A&amp;L Goodbody </strong>present on how International Law Firms have evolved over the past 100 years, and how they are preparing for the next 100.</h1><h1></h1><blockquote> A&amp;L Goodbody is a leading Irish law firm, providing a full range of commercial legal services including corporate, banking and financial services, tax, litigation and commercial property.</blockquote><blockquote></blockquote><h3>During this panel discussion webinar, the team will chart the firm's progression over the last 100 years to the present day, and provide their insight into what the future development of an International Law firm may look like.

<h2>Brian O'Malley</h2><p>Brian is a partner in A&amp;L Goodbody’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group and also specialises in commercial litigation.  Brian acts for insolvency practitioners, companies and creditors on complex restructuring and insolvency mandates.  He has significant experience in liquidations, receiverships, examinerships and restructurings, both formal and informal. Brian also advises banks and private equity houses on loan sale transactions and on their work out strategies, both consensual and contentious.</p>

<h2>Bríd Nic Suibhne</h2><p>Bríd is an Associate in A&amp;L Goodbody's Employment, Pensions &amp; Incentive Practice in Dublin</p>

<h2>Eugenée Mulhern
</h2><p>Eugenée Mulhern is a Senior Adviser in the Firm's Corporate and M&amp;A Practice. Her key areas of expertise include corporate finance, capital markets, M&amp;A, corporate governance and securities law. She has 14 years experience working as a director in corporate finance in one of Ireland's leading stockbroking and financial services firms and has advised a wide range of Irish public companies on capital market transactions, takeovers and M&amp;A.

<h2>Eoghan Kenny
</h2><p>Eoghan is an Associate and Senior Manager in A&amp;L Goodbody's Data Projects Practice in Dublin.
