<p>Open Water Swim Series for Women– Salthill, Galway</p><h2>🌊 Discover the Joy of Open Water Swimming</h2><p>Join us for a refreshing and empowering Open Water Swim Series designed especially for women aged 16 and over. Whether you're a complete beginner or simply curious, this is your chance to explore the sea in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.</p><h2>📅 Event Dates &amp; Times</h2><p>- Saturday, 9th August- Sunday, 7th September- Saturday, 4th October🕐 Duration: 1 hour per session📍 Location: Ladies Beach, Salthill, Galway</p><h2>💙 What You’ll Experience</h2><p>- Learn how to be safe and comfortable in open water- Discover the physical and mental benefits of sea swimming- Explore open water swimming as a sport- Practice breathwork and mindfulness-Learn how to care for our beaches and marine environment-Connect with like-minded women and enjoy a hot drink &amp; chats after each session</p><h2>👩‍🦰 Who Can Join?</h2><p>This event is open to women and girls aged 16 and over.No prior experience needed—perfect for complete beginners!</p><h2>🧳 What to Bring</h2><p>- Swimming togs- Towel- Bottle of water- Warm clothes for after your swim</p><h2>🤝 In Partnership With</h2><p>Galway Sports Partnership &amp; *Into the Blue Aquatic*Funded by Sport Ireland – Women in Sport</p><h2>📩 Contact Us</h2><p>Have questions?
