Welcome to Mission STEM-possible! Family Challenge to Bust Myths! Mission briefing: Stereotypes have infiltrated our understanding of science and technology. Your family team is needed to help break the code and reveal the truth! In this interactive family workshop, parents and kids will work together as teams to uncover hidden biases and discover the amazing diversity of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths). Through fun games, challenges, and eye-opening activities, your family will explore questions like: What does a computer programmer actually look like? Who are the coolest inventors in history? And what hidden talents might be lurking in your own family? Designed for families with kids aged 8-12; younger siblings encouraged to join the mission! Come prepared to think differently, laugh together, and unlock your family's unique STEM potential. This workshop is brought to you by OurKidsCode, Trinity College Dublin. It's fully funded – there is no charge for families to attend.
