Event description
Children's workshop about language, meaning and the use of words(age: 8-12. Polish+English)

About this event

“Are we all speaking the same language even if we are not using the same words? Can we speak without words? Would it be a good idea if we all had one language for everyone?”

This playful workshop is facilitated by philosopher, artist and educator Lukasz Krzywon. Lukasz invites children to actively think about language, meaning and their use of words. As children, we learn to recognise words and definitions and learn grammar by instinct. In the workshop, the team will dive into a fun enquiry about the world of language, philosophising with children to make sense of it all.

Supported by South Dublin Libraries
