A series of interviews with artists for our upcoming exhibition on the Irish Garden in September

Friday, 14 May - Friday, 11 June - As a prelude to two garden exhibitions the Irish Georgian Society is launching in September 2021, we are providing a second opportunity to watch a series of interviews about the Irish Country House Garden that were first launched in January.The series is being produced for IGS Inc and is proudly sponsored by Hindman, a leading fine art auction house with showrooms across the USA. It begins with an introductory talk covering the history of the Irish Country House Garden from the late 17th century through to the beginning of the 20th century. It is followed by four interviews with prominent Irish women painters in their studios talking about Irish Walled Gardens.All talks are pre-recorded and will be available to view for 7 days after the dates they are sent out.
