These weekend events allow us the chance to explore the teachings in more depth than is possible at our drop-in meditation classes. Members have the option of joining our main events via livestream. Learn how to use Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques to solve daily problems, improve relationships and find authentic happiness. Events include talks, guided meditations and Q&A.

Everyone is warmly welcome to drop by for this FREE summer meditation event. Enjoy a deeply relaxing summer morning guided meditation at the bandstand in Bushy Park, Terenure, led by Kadam Adam. Bring yourself, a picnic blanket or yoga mat, and simply sit back, relax and enjoy! Suitable for beginners to experienced. Kadam Adam is the principal teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Templeogue Village and has been teaching meditation internationally since 2004.
