It is the quickest and easiest way to learn first-hand about our job opportunities, our culture and our nursing community at SJH. If you are an experienced or newly qualified nurse (due to graduate in September, 2021), registered with NMBI, join us on the day to explore the opportunities available to you. Your future starts here! The virtual open day is a one-stop-shop event for nurses and offers loads of benefits, such as:•	the chance to meet our friendly clinical staff and chat all things ‘Nursing in SJH’•	to learn about the wide range of specialities and experienced multi-disciplinary teams in SJH - there’s definitely something here for everyone!•	to discuss career opportunities in SJH, where training and development is truly encouraged •	the opportunity to be shortlisted for interview on the day and to be scheduled for interview in the coming weeks. So, if you fulfil the criteria below and want to speak with people working in the field and pick their brains about the skills and qualifications needed to help you make the next move in your career, then come join us for our Virtual Nursing Open Day.Academic/ professional qualifications and/ or relevant experience (required): •	be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses &amp; Midwives maintained by the Nursing &amp; Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)AND•	have a minimum of six months experience (postgraduate or undergraduate) in medical/surgical nursing in an acute hospital setting within the past four years.Note: Post holders must maintain annual registration with NMBI.Technical/Clinical Competencies (desirable):•	Basic I.T. skills•	Basic Life SupportHow to register for the event:Register via Eventbrite and submit your up to date CV to nursejobs@stjames.ie.Closing date for registration: Tuesday, 25 May, 2021 at 12:00On the day:•	Log onto the Zoom link which you will receive from us by email following registration via Eventbrite•	Have your up to date CV available to you on the day•	If you are shortlisted for interview on the day, you will be requested to submit your CV to nursejobs@stjames.ie by Sunday, 30 May (if you have not done so already).
