Free Class incorporating Breathing, Stretching & Mindfulness in the Peoples Park

“Breathe &amp; Stretch” in the great outdoors of the leafy Peoples Park. Join us for a free class incorporating breathing techniques, stretching and mindful moves in the fresh air &amp; inhale a sample of VOYA oil to aid relaxation compliments of the Spa at No. 1 Pery Square. Starting on Tuesday 15th June at 12 p.m. under the Bandstand and running each Tuesday up to and including 17th August. Come along for a once off class or book for the full ten weeks.
