<h3>Women's circles - In the gallery space</h3><h4>As part of the solo show 'Inner Fire' by Shreya Shah</h4> What to expect -We will be doing some meditations, dance and shamanic journeys. More information on each activity is below.<ul><li>Kali dance with Shreya Shah - 'Tantric Kali dance' practice to release fears and connect with your 'inner Fire'</li><li>Sacred writing circle with Aedamar Kirrane - 'Writing fire' - Meditation and journal writing practice</li><li>Inner seasons meditation with Kitty Maguire - 'Shamanic womb journey' and tending to the Inner fire in each internal season.</li></ul> What to bring -<ol><li>Journal and pen for Sacred Writing</li><li>Yoga mats, blankets, pillows - If you need extra comfort</li><li>Mug - for some tea</li></ol> Who can attend? -This event is exclusively for women, but if you feel called to attend this, do get in touch with Shreya on - shreyashah950@gmail.com Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and pen for the sacred writing journey.This is a community event, where we would be doing spiritual practices to connect with our Inner Fire.An afternoon filled with warmth, energy, and transformation. This in-person event will ignite your inner fire, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered. Let go of what no longer serves you and embrace the flames of renewal.
