Come join us for a day of yoga, meditation, and relaxation to support Medical Aid Palestine so that we come together and create change!

Two friends are coming together to hold space for movemenet, breathwork and energetic healing in aid of the humanitArian crisis in Gaza. Both horrified by what is happening, we wish to act in service by providing a safe space to breathe, move, and sustain ourselves during this turbulent time. All of us are needed in the fight for justice and it is so important we care for each other and have space to do so. This class is suitable for all levels and it will be a gentle flow and guided practice. Your body is the leader, and really we just wish to come together and release And send light to Gaza whilst doing that. All donations to Palestine medical aid, in the hope of providing some support to those who need it most right now. We wish to provide an optional open sharing space where you can share how this time has been affecting you as we belief there is comfort it community especially at this time. We aim to provide a healing space where you can bring something along if you wish to send out to the world whether it's a letter, or symbolisation~ it can rest on our centre piece as we move and breathe together. The event is loosely structured as follows: There will be a combination of opening circle (10-15 minutes) meditation + breathwork for 20 minutes and then slow flow yoga asana led by Emma (45-60 minutes) who has been teaching yoga for five years online and in person around Dublin. Alongside this, deep meditation guidance and reiki will be offer by Ciara who will share her energetic gifts with those who would like to receive this. Ciara has been teaching meditation in Dublin and recently recieved her reiki and massage qualifications.We teach from a deeply compassionate and empathic space, all parts of the event are optional and it is really about coming together in community and doing something for this humanitarian crisis whilst we share our skills and provide a healing space for people to feel, be, breathe and release. We hope you can make it, and feel free to share this with others. This is a non judgemental space and everyone is welcome! We wish to welcome you to connect, release and give back to Gaza as our struggle is their struggle too.All you need to bring is yourself, a Yoga Matt, and a peace offering if you like.If you have any questions at all we are happy to help and we will have a donation basket and revolut link available on the day or you can directly donate here: https://www.map.org.uk/Donations are made completely at your discretion.The event is weather dependent, and we will email you exact meeting point for those who register.
