C15 C9YACelebrate a Decade of Impact with Us!You're warmly invited to join us for a powerful and inspiring gathering as we mark 10 years of empowering women and amplifying diverse voices through the Sheroes Global Initiative.Sheroes is a global network led by a vibrant and diverse group of women. We are on a mission to empower diverse, disadvantaged, and marginalized women and youth to become positive change agents who add value to their communities through inclusive, community-led, and sustainable projects.We achieve this throuhg our projects:<ul><li>The Sheroes Entrepreneurship Academy: Offers training to women and young people from diverse, disadvantaged, and marginalized communities, that goes beyond certification, aiming to equip participants with practical and sustainable business skills.by providing practical skills, leadership, mentorship, DEI, and capacity-building training that foster confidence, capability, economic independence, and collective action.</li><li>Sheroes Breakfast for Balance: Our monthly online Networking platform that offers dynamic spaces for women from diverse backgrounds to connect, collaborate, and grow, facilitating mentorship, as well as personal and professional development.</li><li>AUDACITY CONFERENCE: The largest gathering of Black women and allies in Ireland. From diverse backgrounds, experiences and expertise, Black-Irish women collaborate with allies in a gathering of over 500 participants to empower and celebrate one another, engage meaningfully in discussing challenges they face, and develop sustainable solutions to addressing them. </li><li>Boys to Men Project (BTM): A structured mentorship initiative aimed at raising boys from diverse backgrounds to become responsible, respectful, and compassionate men. The program pairs young boys with trained male mentors from their communities, who themselves undergo a transformation and empowerment process before engaging with mentees. Through mentorship and positive role-modelling, mentors guide boys in understanding the dignity of respect, the honour of responsibility, the strength in expressing emotions without shame, and the courage to lead lives free from drugs, violence, and harmful behaviours. </li></ul>Our goal is to shift mindsets, build resilience, and shape fairer, more inclusive societies in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Rooted in partnership, collaboration, and community engagement, we create pathways for women and young people, from vulnerability to visibility, inspiring individuals to be more, recognizing their efforts, and celebrating their successes as personal growth transforms into public impact.Over the past decade, our women and young people have been dedicated to uplifting one another, creating safe spaces, and recognising those who go above and beyond to support women, particularly from marginalised and minority communities.Now, as we look ahead to the future, we're excited to expand our reach to countries like South Africa, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Nigeria, and Ghana.<h3>Why Attend?</h3>This milestone conference will shine a spotlight on the incredible impact of community champions through our flagship Sheroes Awards, honouring individuals who are changing lives and transforming communities.
