It offers a supportive space grounded in the interconnectedness of body and mind. Through breathing, movement, free-writing, visualisation, and gentle peer sharing, participants will be guided in practices that nurture wellbeing.All are welcome, with particular care extended to those in caregiving roles, whether for children, relatives, friends, or colleagues, who are often focused on the needs of others.No prior experience is required.
